Welcome
Did you know?
We’re the only state in New England that still prohibits the Sunday sale of beer, wine, and spirits
at neighborhood grocery and package stores. That means less convenience for consumers like you,
and lost revenue for the state. According to a recent report, lifting the ban on Sunday sales could generate up to $8 million in new sales tax revenue to help the state’s budget deficit.
It’s time to end this antiquated blue law and give Connecticut consumers the freedom to buy beer, wine, and spirits at neighborhood grocery and package stores on Sundays.
If you agree please email your State Representative JOE ARESIMOWICZ and tell him.
